What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
MindParadox is a small, independent UK business based near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. For anything about your personal data, please email sales@mindparadox.co.uk.
When you get in touch
If you email us, we keep your message, your email address and any photos or details you send, so we can answer you and quote for or make your part.
We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing. We only share them where we need to in order to complete your order, for example with a courier. We keep them for as long as we need them for the job and for our business records.
Analytics cookies
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read and how they found the site. This helps us make the site more useful.
- Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. They last up to two years.
- Google processes this information for us and may store it outside the UK.
- If you click Decline, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Visitor counts without cookies
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. It records basic details such as the page viewed, the site that sent you and your type of browser and device, so we can see how many people use the site.
Other cookies and links
The site sets no other cookies. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
The site is hosted by IONOS, whose servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Links to eBay, Facebook and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing sales@mindparadox.co.uk.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Change your cookie choice
You can accept or decline analytics cookies again at any time.
